La CETM quiere manifestar su m\u00e1s en\u00e9rgica protesta ante la pasividad mostrada una vez m\u00e1s por parte de todas las autoridades que han permitido que la AP-7, v\u00eda principal de conexi\u00f3n entre Espa\u00f1a y Francia por carretera, est\u00e9 cerrada al tr\u00e1fico en ambos sentidos de la marcha desde las 9:00 horas de hoy.<\/p>\n
En nuestra opini\u00f3n, el bloqueo de esta carretera era absolutamente evitable, puesto que hab\u00eda sido anunciado con anterioridad por sus organizadores a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales, lo que pone de manifiesto la falta de voluntad pol\u00edtica para evitarlo.<\/p>\n
Los independentistas han anunciado que las protestas se prolongar\u00e1n hasta el mi\u00e9rcoles y, tras los hechos, queda claro que esta es su intenci\u00f3n, puesto que han acudido a esta convocatoria aprovisionados de alimentos, cocina e incluso WC. Asimismo, han montado un escenario en plena autopista donde est\u00e1n realizando diversas actuaciones.<\/p>\n
En estos momentos, y tras m\u00e1s de ocho horas de circulaci\u00f3n interrumpida, lo que representa un coste aproximado para el sector del transporte de cinco millones de euros, los Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad del Estado no han realizado ninguna intervenci\u00f3n encaminada a solucionar un conflicto que mantiene a miles de transportistas secuestrados, sin poder ejercer su derecho a la libre circulaci\u00f3n y sin posibilidad de cubrir sus necesidades b\u00e1sicas de alimentaci\u00f3n e higiene.<\/p>\n
Mientras tanto, los CDR reparten bocadillos, beben y bailan al son de la m\u00fasica, disfrutando de la completa falta de respuesta por parte de aquellos que tienen encomendado el cumplimiento de la Ley y el respeto del orden establecido, lo que nos est\u00e1 convirtiendo en el hazmerre\u00edr de Europa.<\/p>\n
No es admisible que la resaca electoral y los intereses pol\u00edticos primen para tomar decisiones que perjudican al conjunto de la econom\u00eda y la sociedad espa\u00f1olas.<\/p>\n
El Gobierno franc\u00e9s ya ha advertido de que no permitir\u00e1 ni desmanes ni bloqueos en su frontera y que emplear\u00e1 para ello las medidas necesarias. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 aqu\u00ed no? \u00bfPara qu\u00e9 sirve un Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, Uni\u00f3n Europea y Cooperaci\u00f3n, que no es capaz de poner en marcha medidas conjuntas con el Gobierno franc\u00e9s que permitan la libre circulaci\u00f3n transfronteriza entre ambos pa\u00edses? \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 somos diferentes, m\u00e1xime cuando se trata de defender nuestra depauperada econom\u00eda, cuyo principal motor es el transporte?<\/p>\n
Por este motivo, insistimos e instamos al Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a y a la Generalitat que se adopten las medidas oportunas para garantizar lo antes posible la circulaci\u00f3n, minimizando al m\u00e1ximo los da\u00f1os infligidos al transporte de mercanc\u00edas de carretera, adoptando medidas temporales de car\u00e1cter excepcional, como permitir, mientras duren los bloqueos en la AP-7, la circulaci\u00f3n de camiones por las carreteras nacionales, algo que como norma general tienen prohibido.<\/p>\n
Ante la previsi\u00f3n de que esta situaci\u00f3n se alargue en el tiempo, recomendamos a las empresas de transporte y sus trabajadores que vigilen el estado de las v\u00edas.
