La Administraci\u00f3n General del Estado a\u00fan tiene que pronunciarse sobre la cuesti\u00f3n y, en consecuencia, se mantiene el uso obligatorio de la autopista de peaje y las compensaciones econ\u00f3micas.<\/strong><\/p>\n La sentencia del Tribunal Supremo ha sido publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado este mi\u00e9rcoles 31 de julio. Sin embargo, la situaci\u00f3n para los transportistas se mantiene hasta que dicha sentencia no se ejecute por parte de la Administraci\u00f3n General del Estado.\u00a0<\/p>\n Los transportistas seguir\u00e1n sin poder circular por la N-232 y N-214 y, por tanto, continuar\u00e1n sus rutas por la autopista de peaje AP-68 y recibir\u00e1n, como hasta ahora, las bonificaciones pertinentes.
