Desde el 12 de mayo es obligatorio registrar las jornadas de todos los trabajadores.
Ante la entrada en vigor del Real Decreto que obliga a registral el tiempo de trabajo de todos los trabajadores, la patronal del sector de la
Comunidad de Madrid considera que el tac\u00f3grafo erradicar\u00eda pr\u00e1cticas desleales y anticompetitivas.<\/p>\n
Madrid, 10 de mayo de 2019<\/strong>.- El pr\u00f3ximo 12 de mayo entra en vigor la obligaci\u00f3n de registrar el tiempo de trabajo de todos los trabajadores, aunque las empresas de transporte ya estaban obligadas a registrar las jornadas de trabajo de los trabajadores m\u00f3viles (conductores) desde el a\u00f1o 2007. Sin embargo, es ahora cuando los registros de las jornadas deben conservarse durante 4 a\u00f1os y afectar\u00e1 a todos los trabajadores, no s\u00f3lo los conductores.<\/p>\n El tac\u00f3grafo se considera v\u00e1lido como elemento de registro de jornadas de los conductores, aunque hay que tener especial cautela en que el conductor realice un uso adecuado del mismo. CETM-Madrid, la patronal del sector del transporte de mercanc\u00edas por carretera, considera necesaria la obligatoriedad de la implantaci\u00f3n del tac\u00f3grafo en todos los veh\u00edculos destinados al transporte de mercanc\u00edas, ya que hasta la fecha el tac\u00f3grafo solo es obligatorio en aquellos veh\u00edculos de m\u00e1s de 3,5 toneladas de MMA.<\/p>\n Para CETM-Madrid, el uso de un tac\u00f3grafo para todo tipo de veh\u00edculos que realice trabajos relacionados con el transporte de mercanc\u00edas por carretera velar\u00eda por la seguridad y la salud de los trabajadores.
